Chat replies
In the live-chat composer, Enter sends your message and Shift+Enter inserts a line break. Start an empty message with / to open saved replies. While that picker is open, Up and Down move through matches, Enter inserts a reply, and Escape closes the picker.
Ticket replies
In the ticket composer, use Command+Enter on macOS or Ctrl+Enter on Windows to send. Escape closes the expanded composer. Check the recipient and whether you are writing a reply or an internal note before sending.
Other actions
Use the visible assignment, tagging and conversation controls. Single-letter shortcuts for resolving, tagging, assigning or switching queues are not currently provided. Browser and operating-system shortcuts still behave normally.
