Every shortcut works from the inbox view. Cmd is Ctrl on Windows and Linux.
Navigation
J and K move down and up the conversation list. Enter opens the highlighted conversation. Esc closes any modal. G then I jumps to Inbox, G then T to Tickets, G then C to Calls.
Replying
Cmd+Enter sends. Cmd+Shift+Enter sends and closes. Cmd+J asks the AI for a suggested reply. Cmd+/ opens the saved-replies picker.
Conversation management
C closes the conversation. R reopens. A assigns. T adds a tag. M opens the macro picker. # opens the department transfer dialog.
Search and command bar
Cmd+K opens the command bar. Type anything: customer names, ticket numbers, settings pages. The fastest way to navigate.
