How long does the initial crawl take?
Typically under 10 minutes for a site under 200 pages. We crawl breadth-first, respect your robots.txt, and stop at the depth you set in the wizard. Larger sites (1000+ pages) queue and complete inside an hour.
What if the AI gets something wrong?
Drafts stay in Draft until you publish. Review every article first. Edits are saved as new versions; the original is retained for 90 days.
Can I import an existing KB?
Yes. We support markdown, HTML, Notion exports, Confluence exports, and a generic CSV. Import lives at Settings > Knowledge base > Import.
Does it scale to thousands of articles?
Yes. Our largest customer has 4,300 published articles plus internal-only. Retrieval performance is unchanged at scale because we run Postgres with vector search tuned for sub-100ms lookups.
What about images and screenshots?
Images upload to our CDN. Alt text is auto-generated, editable. The AI grounds in alt text, not pixels. OCR on images is a Business+ feature for embedded text in screenshots.
