Are agents really unlimited?
Yes. Every plan is flat-rate for the workspace. Add your fifth or fiftieth teammate without any change in price. We never charge per seat.
What counts as an AI engagement?
An AI engagement is one AI-driven interaction across any channel: an AI-drafted chat reply, an AI ticket triage, a Smart Hold engagement, an AI Receptionist call, or an agent-assist suggestion used. The Business plan includes 100 engagements per month; overages bill at $0.10 each.
Is there a free trial?
14 days on every plan, no credit card required. You can cancel anytime during the trial and owe nothing.
Do you support annual billing?
Yes. Annual plans are roughly two months free (Chat: $5/month, Support: $10/month, Business: $16/month). Switch from monthly to annual at any time in billing settings.
How does the phone system pricing work?
The phone system is included on Business. Your first phone number is free. After that, US local numbers are $1/month and toll-free numbers are $2/month. Local numbers: inbound is unlimited, and outbound includes 1,000 minutes per month then bulk per-minute rates from $0.008 down to $0.005 as your volume grows. Toll-free is the reverse: outbound is unlimited, and inbound includes 1,000 minutes per month then bulk rates from $0.010 down to $0.007. SMS is 0.75¢/segment outbound, free inbound. Pricing varies by country.
Do you offer a free plan?
No. Free plans tend to attract abuse and degrade quality for paying customers. Our cheapest paid plan is $6/month flat, less than a coffee, and includes everything most teams need.
