Keep orders private
Order lookup requires the order number, customer email and billing postal code to match. It returns status and tracking details.
Respect catalog boundaries
Product export is skipped when Shared Catalog or Catalog Permissions modules are enabled. Restricted catalog data stays out of the public feed.

Start with one working flow.

Install the module
Open the Magento guided setup in Message Integrations. Download the module for Magento Open Source 2.4 and have your store administrator install it.

Connect your store
Enable the knowledge feed, save a strong connector key, then add the store HTTPS origin in Message Connections. Enable order lookup separately if needed.

Test both paths
Sync a public page and ask a product question. Then test a matching order claim and a wrong postal code before rollout.
