Jira is the system of record for engineering tickets in most enterprises. Our integration lets support file Jira issues from any chat, with the conversation log attached, and pushes status changes back to the customer when work ships. Atlassian Cloud and Server (Data Center) both supported.

Under the hood.
For Jira Cloud we use Atlassian's OAuth 2.0 3LO flow and the REST API v3. For Jira Data Center we use an API token over HTTPS to your Jira host. When an agent files an issue, we POST to /rest/api/3/issue with the summary, description (containing the transcript), and any custom fields you mapped. Atlassian webhooks notify us of status changes, and we post a system message back to the conversation.
Set up in 6 steps.
- 01Open Integrations, then Jira in your workspace.
- 02Pick Jira Cloud or Jira Data Center.
- 03For Cloud, click Authorize and complete the Atlassian OAuth flow. For Data Center, paste your Jira URL and a Personal Access Token.
- 04Pick the default project and issue type (Bug, Task, Story).
- 05Map Message conversation fields to Jira custom fields (optional).
- 06Save. The Create Jira Issue action appears on every conversation.

Does it work with Jira Service Management?
Yes. JSM is a Jira issue type and our integration handles it like any other project.
Can I file into multiple Jira projects?
Yes. The default project is set per workspace, and agents can switch at filing time.
What if my company runs Jira Data Center behind a VPN?
We can either use IP-allowlisting from our outbound NAT, or run a small relay agent inside your network. Contact us for the relay setup.
Does the customer see Jira ticket numbers?
No. Internal IDs stay internal. Customers see plain-language status updates only.
