Under the hood.
We use the Microsoft Bot Framework and Graph API to integrate with Teams. Adaptive Cards render the conversation summary. Action handlers update the conversation state in Message. The thread mirror runs through the Teams chat API.

Questions people ask before they install.
Does it require tenant-admin approval?
Yes, on first install. The admin grants the app the necessary scopes.
Can I install on Government Cloud?
GCC and GCC High are on the roadmap. Standard tenants are supported today.
What about Teams Direct Routing for calls?
Out of scope for this integration. Phone calls in Message run through our self-hosted SIP stack.
Will it work with guest users?
Yes, with the usual Teams guest restrictions.
