We summarize every recorded call within 60 seconds of hang-up. If a summary is missing, three things to check.
1. Recording was off
Summaries depend on transcripts, transcripts depend on recordings. Check Settings > Phone > Recording for this number.
2. Call was under 30 seconds
We skip summaries on very short calls (under 30 seconds). Below threshold, the conversation gets a 'short call' tag with the recording attached.
3. Regenerate manually
Open the conversation, click ... menu, click Regenerate summary. The AI re-runs the summary using the existing transcript.
