Manage the team
Open https://app.message.com/settings/team/agents to review teammates and their channel access. The agent editor supports Agent and Supervisor roles; administrator management is separate at https://app.message.com/settings/account/admins.
Use the right access
Give teammates the departments and channels needed for their work. Supervisor access is broader than a regular agent’s. Keep administrator access limited to people who manage workspace configuration and sensitive account actions.
Verify with the teammate
After changing access, have the teammate refresh or sign in again and check the intended workflow. There is no general custom-role matrix that lets you invent arbitrary permission sets from this screen.
