Roles in Message: admin, supervisor, agent. Admins do everything. Supervisors manage one or more departments. Agents handle conversations in their assigned departments.
Default permission matrix
Settings > Permissions > Default. View the matrix of role x action. Tick or untick to customize per role.
Custom roles
On Enterprise, create custom roles (read-only auditor, billing-admin-only, etc.) with fine-grained permissions.
