Choose a report
Open an existing Reports page and select its supported date range and filters. The app provides predefined reports; it does not currently include an arbitrary metric-and-chart report builder.
Save the view
Use the report’s saved-view control and give it a descriptive name. Administrators and supervisors can share views with the workspace; regular agents can keep personal views.
Return or analyze elsewhere
Open https://app.message.com/reports/saved to revisit the saved report. For analysis outside Message, download the supported conversation CSV. Scheduled PDF or CSV report emails are not part of this saved-view feature.
