CSV and JSON exports

Pull raw conversation data for analysis in your warehouse or BI tool.

Reports > Export. Pick conversations, tickets, calls, AI events, or audit log. Pick the date range. Pick CSV or JSON.

Big exports

Anything over 100,000 rows generates a background job. You get an email with the download link when it is ready (typically minutes for under a million rows).

API export

For automated pulls, hit /v1/exports. Same data, programmatic. See /developers/rest-api/audit-log and related.
