Open https://app.message.com/reports/export/generate and set the report date range and available filters. The export screen offers Conversations as CSV.
Download and inspect
Download the file and inspect the columns before importing it elsewhere. It includes conversation-level details such as channel, agent, tags, ratings and duration. One row per conversation is not a full message transcript export.
Other export needs
There is no generic /v1/exports job API or automatic million-row email-delivery workflow. Developers should use the documented resource-specific APIs for other data: https://www.message.com/developers/rest-api/reports.
