Configure a number
Open https://app.message.com/settings/phones/voicemail and select Settings. Choose the number’s voicemail timeout, greeting and after-hours action. You can select an existing greeting or record one there.
Listen to messages
Use the Inbox tab on that page to review voicemails, play available audio and mark messages as listened to. The transcript appears when transcription completes; a pending or failed transcript does not mean the recording is empty.
Test the fallback
Call the number without answering and leave a test message. Check the greeting, recording and transcript, then arrange the callback through the conversation or your normal team process.
