Publish the articles and categories you want customers to read and check their visibility. Internal articles should not be made public just to make them available for AI.
Find the hosted address
Open https://app.message.com/knowledge/domain. The page shows your workspace address and Visit link. Workspace URL changes are managed in https://app.message.com/settings/account/workspace because that address is shared across workspace features.
Connect a custom domain
Enter a help subdomain such as help.example.com. Add the exact CNAME and ownership TXT records displayed by the setup, then use Verify. Do not guess the DNS target or assume an apex domain can use the same CNAME setup.
Brand and test
Use https://app.message.com/knowledge/design to configure the help-center appearance. Open the public address in a signed-out browser and verify its certificate, articles, navigation and search. DNS verification alone is not a completed public-site test.
