Default URLs are at yourname.message.com/help. On the Business plan you can publish to a custom subdomain (help.yourcompany.com is the convention).

DNS setup

Add a CNAME record pointing help.yourcompany.com at help.message.com. We auto-provision SSL via Let's Encrypt. Live in 5 minutes.

Pick a color, a logo, and a font. The KB inherits the same brand tokens as your chat widget. WCAG 2.2 AA-compliant out of the box.
