Auto-detect visitor language
When a visitor opens the chat, we detect their language from browser locale, IP, and the first message. The matching-language KB is the default grounding source.
Fallback
If a language is not translated yet, we fall back to the source language and offer to translate the article inline for the visitor (Business+).
