Grounding sources are the documents the AI is allowed to retrieve from when it answers. Hallucinations stop the moment you have meaningful grounding turned on.
Sources we support
The Message KB (auto-generated from your site), any Notion workspace, Google Drive folders (Business+), GitHub READMEs, and any URL you give us.
How chunking works
We split each document into roughly 600-token chunks with 50-token overlap, embed them on our own infrastructure, and index them privately inside your workspace. Retrieval uses semantic similarity with a reranker.
Citing sources
Every AI reply includes the source it pulled from. Customers see a small 'sources' link they can click to verify. Internal-only sources are marked private and never show up in customer-facing replies.
