Filter the Inbox
Use Inbox channel and queue filters to focus on the work you need. Connected messaging sources can be filtered without moving agents into a separate support workspace.
Save a report
Report pages provide saved views for a report path and its filters. Open the report, choose the date range and filters, then use its save-view control. Give the view a name that explains its purpose.
Find it again
Open https://app.message.com/reports/saved to return to saved reports. Personal views are yours; workspace-shared views are managed by administrators and supervisors. Report bookmarks are separate from Inbox filters.
