A saved view is a query (combine status, tag, channel, department, age, custom field) saved as a named entry in your inbox sidebar. Every agent can pin their own. Workspace-shared views show up for everyone.
Create one
From the inbox, apply filters (department, tag, channel, status, age). Click Save view, name it, pick Private or Shared. Done.
Power patterns
Make a Triage view that shows all unassigned conversations across all departments. Make a My VIPs view that shows your assigned conversations from customers tagged vip. Make a Stale view that shows conversations idle for more than 30 minutes.
