A workspace is the container for everything you do in Message. One workspace per company is the right default. Subsidiaries with separate brands can run multiple workspaces under one billing account.
Step by step
Go to app.message.com/signup. Enter your work email, set a password, and click Create workspace. You will be asked to name the workspace (typically your company name) and pick a subdomain (yourname.message.com). The subdomain is what your agents will see at login.
Invite your team
From Settings > Team, click Invite. Type each email, pick a role (admin, supervisor, agent), and click Send. Your teammates get a one-click sign-up link.
What ships out of the box
Every new workspace ships with a default Inbox, a default chat widget configuration, a default knowledge-base index (empty), and a 14-day Business-plan trial. No credit card needed to start.
