Create the account
Open https://app.message.com/register and complete the signup flow for the products you want. Use an email you can access and review the selected plan and trial terms.
Name the workspace
Use a name your teammates and customers recognize. Review the suggested address and its availability before saving. Keep your workspace identity separate from individual mailbox or ticket-domain settings.
Prepare the team
Invite your teammates from the team settings and choose the roles and departments appropriate to their work. Core Inbox plans include five support agents. Configure the channels you selected before expecting live customer traffic.
Test the first request
Send a test request through each configured channel, then reply from Inbox. Check assignment and notifications with another teammate before adding the channel to your public website.
