Plan changes are immediate. Upgrades prorate to the higher rate from today. Downgrades take effect at the end of the current billing period.
Change your plan
Settings > Billing > Change plan. Pick the new plan, review the proration on the right side, click Confirm.
Cancel
Settings > Billing > Cancel. Pick the reason (we read these), confirm. Your workspace stays active until the end of the current period. Data is retained for 90 days after cancellation, then deleted on the schedule in our Privacy Policy.
