Open invoice history
Go to https://app.message.com/settings/billing/invoices. The page lists the invoices returned for your account. Where available, use the PDF link to download an invoice.
Shopify billing
If your Message subscription is billed through Shopify, use the Shopify billing route shown on the main Billing page. Do not expect a Shopify charge to appear as a Stripe invoice.
Correct billing details
For an invoice question, contact [email protected] with the workspace name and invoice reference. Do not create or edit your own replacement invoice or send full card details. Tax changes and corrections depend on the actual billing provider and transaction.
