Choose the channels
Choose Chat ($5/mo), Tickets ($5/mo), or Phones ($5/mo) separately. Support ($10/mo) combines chat and tickets; Business ($15/mo) includes all three and AI. Enterprise is custom. Every core Inbox plan includes five support agents.
Task AI agents
One task AI agent is included. Additional task agents are $5 per month each. These are distinct from customer-facing chat and phone AI options; review the selected products and total at checkout.
Usage and separate subscriptions
Phone number rental, calling usage, messaging and third-party provider charges are separate where applicable. Message Team has its own plans. A workspace subscription is not a promise of unlimited carrier usage.
Larger or regulated deployments
Contact the team to confirm staffing, access and contractual requirements. Do not assume an Enterprise discussion includes a particular certification, data region or compliance agreement without written confirmation.
