Open https://app.message.com/settings/billing to see the plan, enabled products, credit balance and available management actions. Confirm the total shown by checkout before accepting a change.
Distinguish AI products
Task AI agents and customer-facing support AI are separate settings and billing concepts. Creating a task agent does not automatically enable Chat AI or AI Receptionist. Check each feature’s entitlement and usage display.
Monitor metered usage
Phone numbers, calls and messaging can have rental or usage charges. Review the relevant usage report and billing balance. Included agents do not mean unlimited carrier usage, and connecting a third-party service may carry that provider’s own charges.
