Rates
Inbound phone: $0.005 per minute. Outbound phone: $0.015 per minute. SMS: $0.01 per segment (US). AI: included on the Business plan up to 100,000 messages a month, then $0.001 per message.
See your usage
Settings > Billing > Usage. Live tally for the current period, with a forecast for the rest of the month.
Spending caps
Settings > Billing > Spending caps. Set a per-month dollar limit; we pause new usage of that metric when you hit it, with a 24-hour grace and an email warning.
