Square is the POS-plus-payments stack retail, restaurant, and service businesses run on. Our integration pulls Square Orders, Customers, and Subscriptions into the inbox, so the AI can answer questions about an in-store purchase or a recurring service. Refunds within your cap can be issued from the chat.

How it works

Under the hood.

We use Square's OAuth flow and REST API. Orders and Customers sync on a webhook plus poll basis: Square webhooks fire on new orders and customer updates, a fast poll catches anything missed. Refunds and subscription actions call the live Square API. The AI grounds answers in actual order data so it does not hallucinate on status.

    Click Connect Square. You will be redirected to Square's OAuth flow.

    Authorize the requested scopes (read orders, read customers, read subscriptions, write refunds optional).

    Pick which Square location (or all locations) to sync.

    Configure the refund policy: max amount, max per customer per month, escalation rules.

FAQ

Questions people ask before they install.

Does it work with Square Appointments?

Yes. The AI can look up upcoming and past appointments, and trigger a reschedule or cancel flow with your team's approval rules.

What about Square for Restaurants?

Supported. The AI sees orders from your POS and your Square Online site under the same customer record.

Can the AI issue refunds for in-store purchases?

Yes, within the cap you set. Default is $30 per refund, 1 per customer per month. Anything above escalates.

Does it sync across multiple Square locations?

Yes. Pick all locations or a specific subset at install. Each conversation surfaces the relevant location based on the customer record.
