How it works

Under the hood.

We use Calendly's official OAuth integration to read your event types and your team's availability. Inside the chat widget, the customer picks a slot from your live Calendly availability. The booking happens via Calendly's API. The confirmation, with calendar invite, is sent through Calendly's email infrastructure. The conversation thread gets a system message with the booked time and meeting link.
