Choose the connector
Start in Settings → Integrations. Read the setup details for your provider: a mailbox, knowledge source and messaging channel connect different kinds of data.
Review access
Authorize the intended provider account and review its requested permissions. Select sources or channel targets where the setup requires them. Provider verification or plan requirements can affect availability.
Test the work
Check a representative request from beginning to end. For a channel, test inbound and outbound messages. For knowledge, test retrieval from an approved source. For a private-record lookup, include the verification step.
Keep access current
Disconnect unused accounts and review provider access when team ownership changes. If a service is not in the published connector directory, ask our team to confirm a supported approach before relying on it.
