Open customization
Go to https://app.message.com/settings/chats/customization. Set the available colors, theme, company branding and launcher appearance. Use the preview to check the result before saving.
Position and spacing
The widget supports left or right placement with side and bottom spacing. Check it on a phone and a desktop so the launcher does not cover checkout, cookie controls or navigation.
Edit the welcome experience
Use https://app.message.com/settings/chats/welcome for the welcome content and https://app.message.com/settings/chats/pre-chat for the form. Save each change and reload a real page with the widget to verify it.
Check readability
Choose text and background colors with clear contrast. Test the open widget as well as the launcher; choosing a brand color does not guarantee every color combination is accessible.
