Under the hood.
The Message app on Zapier exposes our public REST API plus a webhook subscriber. Triggers fire on every relevant event in your workspace; actions are HTTP calls to our API. Zapier handles auth via OAuth 2, scoped to the workspace you authorize.
Set up in 5 steps.

Questions people ask before they install.
Will I hit the Message API rate limit through Zapier?
Unlikely. Default rate limit is 1,000 requests per minute, which is far above what a Zapier flow generates.
Does the Free Zapier plan work?
Yes. Free Zapier has limited tasks per month but no app restrictions. Most lightweight uses fit.
Can I trigger flows from AI resolutions?
Yes. AI Resolved is a first-class trigger event.
What about Make and n8n?
Both supported via our REST API and webhook subscriber. Make has a published app, n8n has community nodes.
