We connect through Pipedrive's OAuth flow and use their REST API plus webhook subscriptions. Webhooks fire on Deal stage changes and Person updates, a fast poll handles the rest. Each chat becomes a Note on the Person; each call becomes a logged Activity. The AI reads Deal value and pipeline so its tone matches the stakes.

Does it work with the Pipedrive free plan?
Pipedrive does not offer a free plan past trial. The integration works on every paid tier, starting with Essential.
Can I auto-create Deals only for qualified leads?
Yes. Set a rule on conversation tag, AI lead score, or page context. Only chats matching the rule create a Deal.
Will it sync historical chats to existing Persons?
Yes, on initial install. You can backfill the last 90 days, or pick a custom window.
What about Pipedrive's LeadBooster chatbot?
If you have it, you can keep both running, but most Pipedrive customers retire LeadBooster after switching since Message handles chat plus AI plus inbox in one place.
