Under the hood.

We sync contacts on a fast-poll plus webhooks model: webhooks fire on the high-priority changes (new contact, deal stage), and a 60-second poll catches the long-tail. Mappings are configured in the dashboard, including custom properties. Every chat, ticket, or call becomes an activity timeline entry on the matching HubSpot contact, with deep-link back to the conversation in Message.
