Under the hood.

We use the GA4 Measurement Protocol to send server-side events. Each event carries the chat session ID, the customer ID (if known), and any custom dimensions you configure. Revenue attribution joins chat sessions to conversion events by client ID, with a 30-day default attribution window.

   In your message.com workspace, open Integrations > Google Analytics.

   Paste your GA4 Measurement ID (starts with G-).

   Paste a Measurement Protocol API secret. Generate one in GA4 admin if you do not have one.
