Choose the event source
For task AI completion and failure events, use https://app.message.com/settings/integrations/automation. The automation webhook API accepts agent.completed and agent.failed. Verify has a separate webhook configuration through its service/API settings.
Register the endpoint
Use a public HTTPS URL that you control. Save the generated signing secret securely when shown. Your receiver must verify the signature, durably record the event and respond promptly with a 2xx status.
Check delivery
Review the available delivery log and test controls for that product. The shared worker retries failed deliveries up to six attempts total. An event catalogue for one product does not imply that generic conversation.created or message.sent subscriptions are available everywhere.
