We have 80 products with detailed specs. Right now they live on our Shopify store. Should I copy them into the KB or trust the Shopify integration to surface them?

Trust the Shopify integration first. It pulls every product on demand. If the AI starts hallucinating specs, add the most-asked-about products to the KB as backup. Belt and suspenders.
