Customer sends 'ok'. AI replies in English even though their browser is set to German. Any way to lean on browser locale when the message itself is ambiguous?

Yes. Settings > AI > Language > 'Prefer browser locale on short messages'. Toggle on. We bias to the browser locale when the message is under 5 tokens.
