Tone settings for regulated industries

We do fintech support. Need replies to feel formal but not stiff. The default 'formal' tone is closer to 'legalese'. Any workspace persona configs you have liked?

Try 'professional' (not 'formal') with a custom persona note that says "reply in plain language, avoid jargon, use 'we' rather than 'the company'". The custom note is a system message the AI obeys.
