Under the hood.

We use Zoho's OAuth 2 flow and the REST API for both sync directions. Zoho's notification API handles webhook delivery on record changes. Field mappings are configured per module (Leads, Contacts, Accounts, Deals). Initial sync pulls every record you have access to; ongoing sync only moves changes.
