Spam tickets bypassing the auto-filter

We are getting 30 to 40 spam emails a day landing as tickets. The auto-filter catches half. Anyone tuned this further?

Settings > Tickets > Spam > Custom rules. Match on sender domain, subject regex, or body keywords. We catch 90% by default; add 3-5 custom rules for the 10% that slip through. We also recommend an SPF or DKIM-fail rule to block forged senders.

DKIM-fail rule eliminated most of it. Thanks.
