MPMara PatelCustomer EngineerMay 20, 4:18 PM✓ AcceptedSettings > Tickets > Spam > Custom rules. Match on sender domain, subject regex, or body keywords. We catch 90% by default; add 3-5 custom rules for the 10% that slip through. We also recommend an SPF or DKIM-fail rule to block forged senders.
