Migrating from Zendesk. How do team mappings work?

We have 12 groups in Zendesk. Going through migration. Do groups map to Message departments 1:1?

Yes. Each Zendesk group becomes a Message department on import. Agents inside the group join the department. We import 18 months of conversations and tag them with the original group so you can audit later.

What about Zendesk's organizations?

Organizations become Companies on the Contacts side. Conversations from that org keep the link. SLA-by-org rules port automatically.
