Should we use shared inbox or tickets?

Small team. Mostly email. Do we live in the shared inbox or in the ticket queue?

Both views are the same data, different lens. Email-heavy teams tend to prefer Tickets because of SLA enforcement and priority. Chat-heavy teams prefer Inbox. Try Tickets first for a week, then switch if it feels wrong.
