Three rituals we have seen across our top-performing customers: (1) Monday review of last week's AI deflection report. Look for cases the AI escalated unnecessarily. (2) Wednesday CSAT trend review. Read the free-text comments, theme them. (3) Friday saved-replies + macros cleanup. Retire what is not used, add what was hand-typed three times.
