Auto-tagging strategy with the AI

Default auto-tag gets you to 80%. To go from 80 to 95%: (1) Define your own taxonomy (12 to 20 tags max). (2) Give the AI 10 example conversations per tag in Settings > AI > Auto-tag > Examples. (3) Run the Auto-tag report weekly, retag the misses, add them to the example pool. Self-improves.

The example-pool retraining trick worked. From 78% to 92% in 3 weeks.
