On /pricing we want to ask 'how many agents do you have'. On /support we want to ask 'order ID'. Can the pre-chat form be page-conditional?

Yes. Settings > Widget > Pre-chat form > New variant. Pick the matching URL pattern. The form swaps based on the page. Up to 10 variants per workspace.
