Reminder: you can mark a KB article 'Internal'. The AI grounds in it for replies but the article never shows up in the customer-facing help center. Useful for product names, internal terminology, and escalation playbooks.

Did not realize this existed. Just moved our internal pricing notes to Internal. AI is now using them.
