AI replies are sometimes too formal for our brand

We sell furniture. Our voice is warm, slightly playful. The AI is helpful but reads like an enterprise help desk. Is there a way to dial the formality down?

Settings > AI > Persona. There is a Tone slider with options for friendly, casual, professional, formal, terse. Try casual or friendly with a warmer Welcome Message. If you want even more control, upload 3-5 sample replies your team has written and the AI will mirror your voice.

I missed the sample-reply mirror feature. Where is that?
