Shopify abandoned-cart flow that recovered 11% of carts

Sharing our setup. Trigger: cart abandoned 24 minutes (not 1 hour, way better). Message: 'Hey, saw you were checking out the [product]. Want a 10% code to seal it?' Code: dynamic, single-use, expires in 24 hours. Open rate 38%, conversion off the message 11%.

Going to copy this. The 24-minute timing is the new info; we had it set at 60.

Yep, 24-30 min is the sweet spot. Tried 15 min, customers got annoyed. Tried 60 min, too late.

Putting this in the next data study post. Mind if I cite the 11% figure?
